<Job Responsibilities> 1. Prepare Technical Proposal for Electrical building design 2. Conduct Technical Presentation to the client 3. Electrical Design and Consulting 4. Provide Cost Estimate for Electrical building design 5. Coordinate site requirements with contractors/vendors/customer 6. Prepare Work schedule to suit customer requirements 7. Ensure the job is carried out within budget & schedule 8. Purchase necessary materials as required 9. Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction 10. Establish rapport for long term customer relationship
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. At least 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for mission-critical buildings such as Data Center, Server Room, etc. 2. Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel 3. Good knowledge of CAD(Computer-Aided Design) 4. Independent and possess initiative 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills 6. Committed and able to work under pressure 7. English level must be at the conversational level 8. Possess either Technical PIC (PJT) with any license or Classification PIC (PJK) with a suitable license with the classification 9. Degree or Diploma in Electrical 10. Male only
