<Number of employees : Total : 819+ Local : 819 Japanese : 3 > <Report Line :Section Head (Local) > <Team Member: 5+ persons> <Products: Office & Audio Visual Equipment > <Clients: B2B & B2G> <Saturday Working: No> <Job Responsibilities> - Create,Issue, & Report PO to supplier - Controlling status order & closing related PO from Affiliate in indonesia and Affiliate Overseas to supplier - Create schedule delivery related order from Affiliate in Indonesia & Overseas - Follow up delivery part based on schedule to make just in time - Create Invoice Packing List and Shipping Instruction for Booking Vessel shipment of export. - Follow up Bill of Lading to Forwarder - Handle & control Forecast from all Affiliate in Indonesia and Overseas - Handle & control export import process - Create Supplier Performance
Job Requirement
<Must Requirements> - Female only - Male around 20 - 30 years old - Have a minimum of D3 degree - Have experience in manufacturing PPIC - English for both oral and written at Conversational level <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have a great leadership skills
