<Number of employees: Total: 579 Local: 572 Japanese: 7> <Report Line: Indonesian IT Supervisor> <Team Member: 1 person> <Products: compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment, compact diesel engine related machines, such as single cylinder horizontal engine and agricultural equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company and consumers> <Job Responsibilities> Support the IT related section in troubleshooting and technical issues, and maintain the IT system ◆Support users for all IT related technical issues (network connection, internet, video conference, PC, Printer, new PC Configuration, etc) ◆Maintain server system and data backup regularly according to SOP ◆Update IT inventory data and control the software license expiry date for renewal ◆Secure the IT room by maintaining logbook ◆Check and analyze IT request from user before getting approval from Supervisor, Manager and Director

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ◆Fresh Graduates are welcome ◆Min. Computer Science Diploma ◆Conversational to Business English skill ◆Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) ◆Good personality and work ethic ◆Willing to travel to domestic destinations if required ◆Preferable age 21 - 23 years old <Preferable Skill / Experience> ◆Prior experience of working in a multi-cultural environment ◆Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry ◆2 years of experience in IT related position
