<Job Responsibilities>
- Assists development of application prototypes and testing of R&D ingredients and technologies in food applications
- Assists application team and deal with overall activities for applications
- Collaborates internally and externally to expand new concepts & food application development opportunities
- Works with Marketing/Sales closely to develop & execute programs to support customers from the aspect of application and sensory evaluation
- Works closely with flavor chemists to fill the flavor portfolio gaps and deliver new innovation to market
- Assists sensory projects
- Coordinates Flavor Library and its shipping
- Manage and maintain the stock of raw materials and packaging materials being used in the Flavour Application Laboratory
- Manage priorities with timelines/deadlines to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner; this includes maintaining application lab resources, cleanliness and organization of applications lab and lab records (including accurate formulation sheets and formula logs) and identifying product or equipment improvements to purchase as necessary
- Contributes ideas and concepts to initiate or advance food projects
- Evaluates food trends and actively search for ways to implement our branded technology into foods
- Create customer interest in purchasing and using company's flavors by producing exciting and trending food/flavor demonstrations; travel to various key customers with Sales Managers on a regular basis, to support presentations which include on-site food preparation
- Research trends and review market data to help determine future ideas of interest to specific customers; active search of new products to taste for research and ideation
- Assists to prepare various flavor/culinary marketing documents used at customer demonstrations (e.g., sell sheets, menus, tasting sheets, mini-brochures, signs and presentations)
- Assist flavor chemists with various flavor testing projects to determine stability, visibility and appropriate usage levels in the intended customer applications. 
- Deals with troubleshoot issues of food recipe/blend creation

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Male/Female, 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or related field of study preferred
- 3+ years of food applications work ( has savory application experience is a must )
- Good computer skills (Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good English language skill, Business level
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) – articulate and good listener
- Desire and ability to lead projects of application & presentation
- Passionate and creative about food and culinary science
- Try to recognize, identify possible causes and resolve routine end products problems

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Professional culinary experience is a plus
- Bakery experience is a plus
- Hard worker
- Creative 
- Willing to work under timeline agreed
