<Job Responsibilities>
• Responsible and directly report to Singapore Regional Office and Japan Holding
• Daily manage all teams
• Determine standard for KPI and strategy for all team
• Implement efficient company policy
• Prepare monthly report to Singapore Regional Office and Japan Holding
• Formulate business strategy with other in executive team
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male, around 38 - 45
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting or Legal or equivalent
・Have a minimum of 15 years experiences in related field and at least 5 years as General Manager or Director in related field (Energy sector)
・Have experiences in fund management, office operation, and have good network in Energy and Power plants sectors
・Have excellent leadership skills, business operation and management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
・Business English level for both verbal and writing
