<Number of employees : Total :270 Local :265 Japanese :5 > <Report Line : Japanese director > <Team Member: 3 persons> <Products: IT Solutions > <Clients: All industries > <Job Responsibilities> ・Establish professional and deep relationships with key personnel in assigned manufacturing customers ・Accomplish and manage sales through selling business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers ・Negotiate with customers with pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale ・Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as ERP Consultant, Executives, and Partners ・Maintain high customer satisfaction by gathering customer real needs reflecting the solutions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male, around 33 - 38 ・Understanding IT industries ・Understanding process of software development and software implementation process ・Handling sales by cooperating with system engineering team ・Should have Integrity/honesty, self/ team management skill, communication skill, commercial awareness, Team working and ability to motivate people ・Having business skill in Japanese (min N3) and having business level skill in English ・Have a minimum of Bachelor in any discipline ・Have a minimum of 5 years experiences in related field as an Assistant Manager or 3 years as a Manager <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Electronics or IT
