<Job Responsibilities> 1. Achieving Targets for freight Volumes and Gross Margins. 2. Thrives in a fast pace environment 3. Securing customers through face to face meetings and by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline for regular conversion. 4. Desire to help customers in all conditions. 5. Problem-solving skills to navigate complicated issues 6. Co-ordinating with internal Procurement teams to obtain the targeted freights and other logistics service costs. 7. Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. 28 - 38 years old 2. Minimum Bachelor degree from any background 3. Have experiences as Sales & Marketing minimum 2 years, preferably from logistic/warehouse industry 4. Have a conversational level of English both written and speaking skills 5. Great at computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, emailing) 6. Able to gather and make a marketing plan, strategy, dan the evaluation. 7. Able to make a sales target and market share target. 8. Willing to work in Suryacipta and KIIC <Preferable Skill / Experience> 1. Have leadership skills (have a junior or better handle a team)
