<Number of employees : Total : 168 Local : 155 Japanese : 13 Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : Deputy Manager > <Products: Automotive Parts > <Clients: Automotive > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> - Collect & check customer material consumption forecast - Making quotation and cost structure for COO (if any) - Check instruction to suppliers to arrange delivery to match with Export shipping planning - Receive daily delivery data from suppliers and analyze future delivery - Projection & detect any potency for delivery delay - In case of delivery delay, pursue supplier to expedite delivery - Check export invoice, packing list, and vanning layout - Tackle issues with customers and suppliers by arranging good communication - Chase payment from customers - Make weekly monthly sales report - Participate in monthly stock checking
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field - Min. 2 years of working experience in export - Active English skill, business level - Has experience to control fast moving delivery - Able to utilize Ms. Excel intensely to control delivery status of hundreds of items - Strong in calculation/ Math - Good to make report to superior <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Able to work under high pressure - Good in negotiation
