<Job Responsibilities> 1. Preparing and presenting design proposals 2. Preparing tender and planning applications and presentations 3. Give advice on the practicality of a project 4. Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made 5. Negotiating with contractors and other professionals 6. Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists 7. Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > 1. Min S1 in design / advertising / art 2. Experience 3 years in social media, Graphic designers, Web designer, etc and all-around Marcomm Executive 3. Proficient to operate AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Vray, 3DMax 4. Internet savvy 5. Understanding of troubleshooting techniques with strong ability to communicate results 6. Ability to write clear concise reports and give presentations on analytical data. 7. Team work and ability to multi-task simultaneously 8. Mature, target achiever, hardworking, and energetic, <Preferable Skill / Experience> 1. Aggressive, passionate, and creative. 2. Able to work under pressure.
