<Job Responsibilities>
- Deliver and enhance research quality in collaboration with both internal & external stakeholders, focusing on clarity and alignment, relevancy of the insights & data driven insights
- Conduct segmentation and provide recommendation for targeting and positioning of company's business problem assigned
- Responsible for his/her team focus on value creation (incremental sales, costs optimization) delivered through Insights on Consumer and Market, subject matter expertise (SME)
- Provide insights and recommended action to support the brand (through regular brand health tracking)
- Collaborate with related parties and consolidate the internal data analysis with market & consumer insights
- Drive, manage and enhance brand measurement and equity study – including devising ways to execute it globally across various businesses
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Having minimum 5 years experience in market research at FMCG company
- Experienced in managerial level at least 3 years
- Good knowledge in 4P and STPC
- Experienced in qualitative & quantitative research, adhoc research, retail audit, UAT, product test, market share and market sizing, etc.
- Good skill in Excel
- Good command in English, Business level
