<Job Responsibilities>
- Support and assist Japanese to handle Japanese clients
- Support & service Japanese customer server
- Work as the bridge communicator between Japanese customers and engineers
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Having min 1 year of experience in related field, however Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Min. D3 in Information system, telecommunication engineering from reputable universities
- Japanese language skill min. N2
- English language skill conversational level
- Demonstrate experience in one or more of the following additional areas: Database Technologies (SQL, Web Technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP); Email Deliverability; CRMs (Salesforces, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
