Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>

1. Responsible for product development.
2. Develop new products & make samples based on a recipe from Division Head.
3. The process of selecting vendors for raw materials and packaging according to Company requirements conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, make the product. 
4. This role also includes the development of both existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety, and 5S appropriately.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

1. Candidate must possess at least a Master's's Degree in Food Technology Bio-Technology Science.
2. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Working Experience in R&D Jam, Custard, Spread and Savory Product Category.
4. English business level is a must
5. Experienced in food product development, Quality Management Systems, ISO & Internal or External audit.
6. Understand Spread process expertise, Good Manufacturing Practices and Implement company policies regarding EHS, GMP, HACCP, FSSC Sanitation and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment in food manufacturing.
7. Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
8. Willing to be based in Cikarang Area.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

1. Graduates from Japanese universities.
2. Speak Japanese language
