<Job Responsibilities>
Support manager/assistant manager through daily work (administration, budgeting, project company management, permission, design, construction, sales, etc)
◆Processing, filing, arranging internal document
◆Cash management for project company
◆Writing report, minutes of meeting
◆Liaise & coordinate with external parties (consultants, vendors, supplies) & internal parties (Finance Dept, Legal Dept, etc)
◆Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
◆Minimum 3 years full time work experience after first degree
◆Good communication skill, motivated, hard worker, responsible and able
to work under pressure
◆Business level English. (Speaking and writing)
◆Able to operate MS Office
◆Experience in administration field in property company (not necessarily BD Dept;
other departments such as property management, HRGA, or Sales Administration is also OK)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
◆Japanese language.
◆Interest in Japanese culture, property business and building design.
