<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage development project with existing team under Japanese superior
・Create & manage cash flow & PL
・Make feasibility study, investment structure, market analysis, business plan for new investment
・Coordinate architectural Volumatic study with consultant
・Create and manage overall project schedule
・Coordinate with other departments/counterparts (Finance Accounting, Legal, Consultants, etc)
・Manage overall project schedule

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have experience in project management (real estate/developer/acquisition is an advantage)
・Good command in English speaking and writing (TOEFL500- or TOEIC 850-)
・Not open for architect experience only


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidate with experience from well-known property company
・Has experience working in Japan/overseas/Japanese company in Indonesia is preferable
