<Job Responsibilities>
・Assist PM Manager & Assistant Manager in daily work (regarding building management, permit, customer service, etc)
・Processing, filing, arranging internal document
・Budget management for project of TLID & Joint Operation
・Writing report, minutes of meeting
・Liaise & coordinate with external parties (consultants, vendors, supplies) & internal parties (Finance Dept, Legal Dept, etc)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have experience in administration field in property company (not necessarily property management; other field such as customer service, handover, tenant relation, HRGA, or Sales Administration is also OK)
・Have minimum 1 year full time work experience after first degree
・Good communication skill, motivated, hard worker, responsible and able to work under pressure
・Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score), Japanese language ability is a plus.
・Able to operate MS Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Interest in Japanese culture, property business and building design is a plus
