Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Build rapport and obtain offers from existing customers/ prospects and securing a deal;
• Monitor and develop sales strategies along with Regional Head to improve market share in all product lines;
• Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets;
• Build new customer base to maximize sales;
• Project and interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies in achieving profit target;
• Comply with all government regulation and operational policies and procedures;
• Establish and maintaining relationship with existing/ new customer and partners;
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Proven work experience in Indonesian thermal and coal
• In-depth knowledge in trading industry and shipping terms
• Strong business networking with coal suppliers
• Business English communication skills
• Professional working ethics and attitude
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently with high level of dedication as well as team
Preferable skills:
- Ms. Office
- Working in trading company
- Working as Sales and Marketing
- Japanese speaking (will be a plus)
