Job Description
Report Line : Japanese Manager Saturday Working : yes <Job Responsibilities> a) Supervise for completeness, accuracy of invoice and supporting document before making payment voucher. b) Preparing a debt recap for each Subcontractor every Monday and Thursday and then create a monthly Subcontractor debt report to be given to Accounting & Finance Manager. c) Preparing a working paper for each Sub contractor so that the percentage of development progress and payment is correct, this is to avoid double payment and progress does not exceed the contract value. d) Conduct physical checks on heavy equipment rented by management, to ensure the period of the equipment starts to be rented and when the equipment is finished being rented. e) Responsible for Conduct physical checks and group-numbered assignments on all existing or newly held Fixed Assets. f) Ensure that the fixed assets are still usable, damaged or lost. g) Prepare the minutes of loss or damage to fixed assets. h) Get an Audit in carrying out the inspection of fixed assets.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Has minimum 5 years experience in handling Finance, Accounting and Tax matters - Have Brevet A & B - Has minimum 1 year experience in working at construction site, plantation or oil&gas site - Conversational level in English - Willing to be placed in Patimban Project
