<Number of employees : Total : <30 Local : <30 Japanese : <5 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Education Manager > <Team Member: persons> <Number of Subordinates: persons > <Products: Calculator > <Clients: Vocational School > <Saturday Working: > <Job Responsibilities> • Support and follow up on-line/off-line trainings to be conducted by Company Master Trainer (MT) at 9 provincial branch offices in AREA • Update school list in AREA • Help Casio Jakarta to make training material, prepare for workshop for workshops and setup the venue • Attend workshops to keep track of training, collecting teacher’s response or requests. • Communicate with MT for practical workshops • Communicate with AREA’s MGMP • Visit individual schools to check(appraise) the status of training, understanding of teachers and collect orders when schools require. • Regular reporting to company head office • Attend local educational events that Local MoE organizes and help to let them understand our Gakuhan activities under supervision of head office company. • Any other ad-hoc tasks from head office
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Held min. Bachelor degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistic or Engineering major • Business level English skill • Has a working experiences as Mathematics teacher is an added value • Based in Padang or suburb • Familiar with education industry or STEM teachers’ community • University level of mathematics • Good communication and excellent interpersonal skill • Knowledge of Indonesian or AREAs school market
