<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for Managing apartment and directing property management company to promote the rooms for real estate brokers
◆Handle with apartment maintenance
◆Cooperate with outsourcing property management and local real estate agent to promote apartment
◆Arrange and handle room viewing for new customers
*Customers are mainly Europian people
◆Report activity and sales report to head office
◆Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Possess working experience as guest relations staff/front staff
・Ability to speak English above business level
・Handle with multi tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Possess working experience in service apartment or hotel industry
