Job Description
- Understand customer maintenance & budget planning, cycle
- Foster relationships with customers at all levels (station and HQ) and visit customers periodically
- Develop and drive strategies, solutions and proposals for each opportunity for the benefits of customers with company's technologies and solutions in considering of market competition position.
- Take initiative in negotiations with the customer with agreed terms which benefit to both parties
- Collect necessary data, info and VOC (Voice of Customer) for Service Business activities, and to forward this information to relevant persons/parties such as but not limited to management, engineers and commercial staff in the Company
- To support invoicing and payment collection from customer
- Update internal documentation, including Outage schedule, Target Projects List, Customer Profiles
- Prepare annual budget with support from TSE, CA, Senior Manager/ MD
- Support the Company for Commercial & General Affairs such as Tax Exemption List, Insurance, Transportation, Custom Clearance, etc.
Job Requirement
- Min. Bachelor degree
- Min. 8 years of working experience in power plant in sales/KAM/or similar position
- Preferably someone with commercial knowledge, marketing background is acceptable
- Similar KAM roles from OEM, main workshop, international trading house from power industry, Sr O&M position from thermal power stations are preferable
- Strong communication skills, enjoy human interaction, self-motivated
- Have good negotiation skills
- Able to use Words, Excel, PPT effectively
- Willing to travel to site
- Must able to write communicate Indonesia language (native), English (business)
- Ability to speak Japanese will be a plus
- Understand steam turbine technologies, maintenance business, solutions is preferable
