<Number of employees : Total : 94 Local : 89 Japanese : 5> <Report Line : Finance Manager > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 1 persons > <Products: Chemical Polyurethanes> <Clients: B2B > <Job Responsibilities> - Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations - Participate in regular tax audits, P&L analysis - Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues - Manage month-end and year-end closing - Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department - Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records - Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives - Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets - Ensure compliance with the law

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ Master degree from Accounting major ・ Handling COGM ・ Analysis P & L ・ Kaizen <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・ Working in Japanese company ・ Having business trip overseas ・ Understand about Finance and Tax
