Job Description
<Number of employees : Total: Japanese: 10 people, Local : 1000 people > <Report Line : BOD > <Number of Subordinates: Around 4 - 5 persons > <Products: Chemical Component > <Clients: Automotive interior, wallpaper, Artificial leather,Articifial wood, Floor material, Insulation pipe and Food Packaging > <Job Responsibilities> - Making quotation for new RFQ from customer ( new / existing project ) - Update price to customer based on exchange rate and change of design. - Update forecast from customer monthlyto system and coordinate with other related department for material safety stock, production planning and delivery. - Maintain good relationship with customer, negotiate with them in term of price and term of sales. - To guide the subordinates - To setup meeting both internal and external team in line with masspro preparation for new project. - To coordinate closely with development for event schedule and making sample to customer. - Handling related document and administration such as invoicing and customer property ( drawing and tooling ). - To cooperate in team for making sales report.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least have 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager. - Good understanding in using accounting software systems - English is a MUST - Willing to be located in Jakarta Barat
