Job Description
■Be in charge of the following HRGA division tasks as a manager
・Negotiate with the labor union under the cooperation of management
・Do recruitment activity
・Perform payroll accounting
・Explain management's decisions etc. to employees in an easy-to-understand way
・Management of facility safety, other general affairs
Requirements
・Ability to speak English above Business~Conversation level
・Ability to speak Japanese [Conversational Level OK]
・Those who have knowledge of Law
・Working experience in HR&GA Department over 10 years
・Working experience manufacturing company
・Negotiation experience with Labor union
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Proactive
