Requirements
・Experience more than 3 years as Supervisor in HR&GA field, preferable from Manufacture
・Experience in dealing with Union is a must
・Good English skill (Both Written And Verbal)
・Domicile in Karawang area or willing to work in Karawang area
・Have a strong personality, able to work under pressure and within tight deadline
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspect of HR& GA activity in the company, such as:
- Recruitment, performance management, compensation, training & development
- Build relation with Union
- Handling BPJS and medical claim
- Handling payroll and employee's compensation & benefit
- Building maintenance, canteen arrangement, etc
