Responsibilities
- Research and development in product
- Use chemical knowledge to perform product development
- Lead and coordinate new products and processes development projects
- Evaluate existing products and processes to meet customer requirements
- Work closely with the Sales team to maintain the quality of product and to follow up request from the customer
Requirements
- Have minimum 1-2 years working experience as R&D or Product Development in a Personal Care Industry, especially for Skin Care or Cosmetic product
- Have experience in working with Surfactants is a must
- Have education background from Chemical or Biotechnology
- Good English language skill
- Willing to work in Marunda area (North Jakarta)
Desirable Character
- Pay attention to detail, able to work under pressure and good communication skill
