'• Handling Indonesian customs clearance, dealing with any troubles, identifying root causes for the troubles, and carrying out countermeasures.
• Establishing and maintaining the best logistics system and route in terms of QCD, from origin port to warehouse, and from warehouse to existing and new stores all over Indonesia.
• Developing subordinates and building the strong logistics team.
• Conducting Fast Retailing’s APAC mid-term SCM strategy in order to reform SCM in Indonesia, cooperating with GHQ and Singapore logistics team members.
• Based on ordering data, designing work plan with the logistics company, and monitoring progresses. Checking deliveries from origin port to warehouse, and from warehouse to each store and eliminating unfinished or late deliveries.
• Asking warehouse for requests from other divisions and monitoring progresses.
• Checking whether billing of the costs from the logistics company is correct. Retrieving data of logistics, such as inbound and outbound data, and checking and approving invoices.
• Visiting warehouse of the logistics company, and checking operation and providing them with improvement points in terms of QCD.
• Planning cost reductions and negotiating with the logistics company, and monitoring the results after negotiation.
• Conducing Stock-take at warehouse (schedule work plan, monitor progress, edit inventory data, countermeasure for inventory loss).
• Providing information on sales plan and inbound plan for the logistics company, and keeping the sufficient warehousing and delivery capacity for logistics volume in both short and mid-term.
• Making the logistics budget by half fiscal year and enhancing accuracy of the budget, while communicating with corporate planning and merchandising divisions.
• Researching market costs in the logistics field, and conducting credit check of the logistics company, in order to establish stable and low cost operation.
• Acquiring new knowledge and information about logistics through internal and external educational opportunity.
• Updating logistics contracts, and negotiating the price with the logistics company.


'• Experience as a logistics manager in Indonesia, who lead and developed logistics team members, and made outstanding achievement in some logistics projects.
• Knowledge and experience about Indonesia Customs regulations and importing documents/process.
• Knowledge and experience about warehousing and domestic transportation in Indonesia.
• Working experience of dealing with the logistics company (such as Nittsu).
• Background in retail business or EC business would be advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and team work mindset.
• Good command of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel.
