• Responsible in handling performance appraisal for employees
• Responsible for salary structure and develop a consistent compensation and benefit in line with work culture and organisational objectives
• Responsible for HR policies and procedures
• Handling Training and Development
• Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
[Requirements]
• Have 5 years working experience in Human Resources/General Affairs
• Good understand in Labor law (Undang Undang Ketenaga kerjaan)
• Able to communicate with all employees (all level)
• Willing to work in Cilegon

• Preferable from Psychology or Law
• Experience in Human Resources
