Responsibilities
'• Support sales team for any related document towards client such as invoicing, PO etc.
• Prepare payments and collections.
• Prepare data and reports needed by the Company.
• Documenting all transactions, letters, and other files in proper way.
• Maintain company’s assets and documents.
• Ready to work overtime, especially at closing period.
• Other ad-hoc duties for general and administration activities.

'• D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management of related background (Fresh graduates)
• Basic knowledge on business administration (or related background)
• Good and active in English, written and verbal.
• Familiar in operating Microsoft Office programs.
• Hardworking, detail oriented, multitasking, and optimist attitude.
• Capability to use English for business related matters.
• Good looking, Cheerful characteristic, Cheerful smile, Cooperative, Sociability
