Job Description
- Handle, manage and negotiate with Labor/ Employee and Management.
- Responsible for HRGA systems (SOP).
- Responsible for the conduct of activities HR & GA capable of supporting the company’s operations
- Responsible for managing Human Resources & GA functions to support the key business needs :
- Recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, legal (company & expatriates docs issue), payroll, social relations & administration, coordinating for office & employee supply & needed (stationary, work equipment, etc ), maintain fixed asset records, coordinating for employee & visitor business trip, support for expatriate needed.
- Prepare BOD BOC meeting
- Internal Auditor for management
- Petty cash report
