Job Description
'• Responsible to handle general HR roles (Training and Recruitment, Labor Law, compensation & benefit, industrial relations)
• Support ISO audit and activities
• Responsible to create and adjust company regulation
'• Diploma or Bachelor from State University
• Experienced as HR Supervisor at least 3 years
• Understand the functional HRD Overall (Labor Law, compensation & benefit, industrial relations)
• Ready to be placed in Industrial area MM2100
• Preferable can speak Japanese
• Understand ISO 14001 and ISO 14001 procedure
• Having experience in PKB Book Writing / Company Regulations.
• Able to work under pressure & Able to work Team
