Manage the following 4 departments
・HR ( Human Resource )
・ GA ( General Affair ),
・IR ( Industrial Relation )
・SHE ( Safety Health and Environment )
[Requirements]
・Possess knowledge of total HR system
・Proven ability to negotiate labor union
・Possess knowledge of Indonesia regulation ( labor, SHE and any related compliance in Indonesia )
・Ability to speak English above Business level
