- Mantaining and build a good relationship with Existing clients
- Will be expected to be able to find new clients
- Responsible to have create company proposal to aproach new client to get new projects and others supporting document that needed
- Brief the Project team member regarding the new project possibility
- Bridge the information between new prospective client to internal team
- Has experienced in Marketing for 2 or 3 years in any industry, preferable in the same company type
- Able to communicate well in English
- Able to draft a construction design
- Has passion in marketing / sales and achieving target
- Preferably speaking Japanese
