■Main Job Responsibilities
・Plan, do and improve training/training system
・Creating and improving evaluation system
・Plan and do hiring fresher and job seeker flow, content and training after hired
・Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
■Sub Job Responsibilities
・Check and modify agreement/contract content
・Update license and regulation for foreign capital
・Coordinate with accounting department if needed
Requirements
・Ability to negotiate, modify, check agreement and contract
・Ability to understand license and regulation for foreign capital
・Ability to speak English business level
・Knowledge of accounting
・Experience of training & development, evaluation, recruitment, several company event for employee from planning to end
・GA experience
・Following company rules
・Being willingness, positiveness and autonomy
・Strict with oneself
・Open minded
