■Need the person who has working experience in Legal and would like to work other positions as like Accounting and HR
・Manage, make, update for business license, company regulation, document for land authority, document for general meeting of shareholders
・Manage, analyze with risk related to housing business and internal & external organization
・Coordinate several task with government especially license for housing business
※Need to work Accounting and HR matters as well.
Requirements
・Working experience above 5 years as Legal Specialist, Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Legal Assistant and so on.
・Ability to negotiate with stakeholders
・High-Motivated
・Clever
・Passionate
