Job Description
Resposibilities
• In charge of sale unit outboard, to achieve sales target (wholesales, fleet, government) which already set up by section head
• Sales operation, sales effort to achieve target, problem solving and reporting
Daily job:
• Monitor each dealer sales performance by analyzing sales achievement vs sales target & discuss with dealer
• Monitor competitor activities in each covered areas
• Handling & solving problems come from each covered areas
Periodically job:
• Make effort to increase sales especially when achievement is under the sales target (variable promotion/fox promotion)\
• Travelling to covered areas in order to maintain and or increase sales
• Collect information from covered area and make report :
a. Monthly sales report
b. Make report including market size and competitor activities report
Side job :
• Support other section activities (Section Sales and Marketing OBM)
Requirements
Requirements
• Graduated from reputable universities , minimum Bachelor with GPA minimum 3.00
• Has minimum 3 years of extensive experiences in Sales Marketing in Outboard Marine
• Familiar with dealership system
• Good network, Good analytical skills, Result driven
• Good communication skills and English Skills
