Responsibilities
- Managing and check the company financial statement to ascertain the reports as according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Liaise with outside party related to finance to arrange the company cash flow.
- Liaise with auditor and draw up the materials audit to ascertain applying of finance procedure according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Checked and analyze transaction entry in system to ensure that all finance transaction correct.
- Processing monthly closing to ascertain monthly report can be finished correctly.
- Controlled the budget expenditure of companycash for investment and expenditure to acsertain every administration of expense proposal complete.
- Arrange internal target related with quality, safety healthy, and environment, monitoring progress, and determine anticipative steps to avoid deviances of result.
- Increase awareness of the quality and competence of the subordinates.
- Visiting Field to do cross check for financial report
- Make sure the cash flow condition and able to make a future forecast about the condition.
- Present about the company finance condition to BOD
Requirement
a. Experienced & have good ability about COGS Calculation, Financial reporting, Financial auditing, and Calculation
b. Experienced as accounting & finance in Construction industry at least 7 years
c. Experienced in making financial statements (Financial statement)
d. Have a sharp and capable of analyzing ability in problem solving.
