Job Description
■General HR task especially, hiring employee, salary calculation, managing HR information with some software
■Reporting Japanese
・Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
・Screen incoming resumes and application forms
・Interview candidates
・Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
・Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and so on)
・Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
※Speaking and writing Japanese internally and externally as needed
Requirements
・Ability to speak and type Japanese (Similar to N3 or N2 level)
・Ability to Speak and type English (Business Level)
・Able to proactively work (talk, report, ask, proceed things forward)
・Willing to grow up in a rapid speed in a small unit of business
・A good and certain excel skill for several reporting
・Working experience as HR staff in Japanese company
・Honest
・Open minded
・Optimist
・Self motivated
