Requirements:
• University degree or above, mechanical / automotive related major or equivalent;
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin is a must;
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Knowledge about QA Management System in Automobile Company.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager Specialized in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS16949 (preferred) and also SMK3;
• Have good capabilities and analyze about audit system and SMK3;
• Have certified of ISO and familiar with ISO (manage, develop and make sure that ISO system realize appropriately)
• Monitoring document control;
• Have experience handle Technical Quality in Automobile Manufacture;
• Detail oriented, Honest, disciplined, have good initiative and able to work hard.
• Job location in Cikande – Serang.
Job Description:
• Lead Quality Team and manage talent;
• Actively identify and Lead improvement opportunities of quality and system;
• Assess both supplier’s and own company’s product specifications and customer requirement;
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Supervise Technical Staff in carrying out test and check suitable with standardization procedure;
• Act as the key contact with customer’s auditor and taking responsibility for ensuring the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer’s specifications;
• Set up and maintaining quality controls and documentation to all production aspect and good manufacturing practice;
• Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters on the quality measures.
