・Managing all of duties of Electrical Engineering department including Labor Management, EHS, Admin and so on
・Planning, outsourcing managing, recording, operating plan of maintenance
・Making result report for maintenance
・Making and modifying maintenance standard operational procedure [Original is made in Japanese]
・Trouble shooting at client site or factory [Sometimes need to work at midnight or on holiday]
・Making trouble shooting report
・Making maintenance record
・Purchasing and management some spares and expendables things
・Engineering responsibility [General Planning, Detail Planning, Daily Cost Managing]
Requirements
・Ability to manage subordinate
・Ability to speak English above conversational level
・Knowledge about motor
・Ability to make some document by MS Office Word, Excel
・Managing experience some subordinate
・Working experience of maintenance or managing maintenance department
・Working experience of Engineer
