・Real estate development is the conductor that controls the business.
・Managing each project for property, making some schedule plan for project and so on.
・Negotiation with stakholders incruding Japanese client, property owner, real estate owner and so on.
・Looking for partner for making Joint Venture and make new business of real estate developer
・Making business plan for this job.
Requirements
・Be able to speak business level English
・Having real estate business knowledge.
※Necessary at least 1 industry experience below,
・Sales or researcher with Real Estate Brokerage
・Development experience as like Lippo or Sinarmas
・Investment bank experience as like; Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia
・General contractor
・Be able to read and understand a financial statement
・Working experience in Private Equity.
