- Responsible for developing new business opportunities
- Manage relationship with clients, contractors, designers and internal team members
- Analyze marketing activites and devine ideal project opportunities
- Provide ongoing updates on business development activites and pipeline forecasting
- Respond to new and existing client needs and requests by coordinating and overseeing involvement of Design and Project Management
- Collaborate with sales team to qualify client needs, budget, project schedule from early planning through completion

- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 year experiences in related field
- Have experiences in handling Japanese markets
- Have experiences in building materials is an advantage
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office
- Excellent skills in English for both Verbal and Written
- Have knowledge of business practices, structure and philosophies with ability to determide pricing and discounting
- have exceptional customer service skills with ability to confidently make technical recommendations and provide solutions to client needs
- Have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to present product and solutions and lead meetings
- Have ability ro apply logical reasoning, creative problem solving and sound business judgment
- willing to have mobile works all around Indonesia
- Have working experiences in similar industry
