Production Maintenance Manager - Electronics Parts Manufacturing

Job Description
Responsibilities
'- Responsible for ensuring the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum effiency and output.
- Responsible for developing and ensuring Total Preventive Maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment (including software programming)
- Responsible in people managmeent and budgetary/ cost reporting
- Report to GM Factory (Local)

Requirements
- Male
- Have a minimum of S1 degree or above in Mechatronic/ Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 5 experiences in related field as a Manager
- Has strong skills to set up Total Productive Maintenance
- Has experiences in Automation
- Possess highly business and ownership as a Manager
- English for both oral and written is a must
- Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

- Good analytical thinking, Leadership, flexible, strong personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
