'- Automotive After Sales Business Operation.
- Managing dealer performance (service campaign, parts sales, dealer evaluation).
- Managing dealer customer service (guideline for CS Officer and CS Service Staff, management for service booking)
- Standardization of dealer facility (tool and equipment, dealer workshop reading, dealer standard facility)
- Target for CSI score and report
- Manage dealer training (guidance and assistance for dealer operation, basic knowledge training for customer)
- After sales business experience.
'- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences in related experience in automotive industry (passenger car) is preferable.
- Passion in servicing and automotive.
- Willing to have frequent business trip.
- English active
- Have experiences in Japanese car distributor
- Good analytical thinking, strong personality, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
