Job Description
- As a the bridge between Sales department and BOD to report about the team performance
- Established Sales Target, communicate, Monitoring, and manage the sales performance for each channel and location to ensure the achievement of regionla sales channel
- Manage the collection of all complaints from all external customers, the analysis of the data to see the trends, patterns, concertration, and tendecies to avoid customer turnover.
- Identify area for improvement, develope for improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
- Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan
- Manage subordinate and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates' performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of individual development plan
- Minimal 10 years of working experience in FMCG and Min 3 years of position as General Manager level of Operational National Sales Manager
- Technical Competencies: Territory Management, Sales Planning & execution, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, Distribution Management
- Fluent and Excellent in English
