Resposibilities
- Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Report directly to Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Experienced in Marketing for 5 years
- Have work as Brand Assistant Manager or Brand Manager
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university (majoring Management, Food Tech, Engineering, etc.) GPA min. 3.2
- Good in English both written and spoken
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
