Job Description
Manager of System Development Section who build, lead and grow the team to deliver IT system to customers, making sure its quality, cost and delivery.
Responsibilities:
•Leading a team of 10 people, defining role of each members and coaching them.
•Create business plan of the organization.
•Identifying issues, creating plan for resolution and implementing measurement until issues closed.
•Estimating cost of system development.
•Making sure QCD of several projects under the team.
•Strengthening system development process to improve QCD.
•Manage and monitor several operation & maintenance service of information system.
•Handling complain and issues from customer appropriately.
•Providing technical advice to engineers
Requirements
• Working as IT Professional at least 10 years.
• Working as Business Unit Section Manager at least 3 years.
• Working as Project Manager at least 3 years.
• Working as System Analyst at least 2 years.
• Working as Programmer at least 3 years
• Software Development (Java or/and C#)
• Having experience with Japanese company/client.
• Developing software for manufacturing, distribution and/or logistics companies.
