Job Description

<Resposibilities>
• Create and update corporate organizational structures
• Plan the allocation of human resources according to business needs
• Create policies and regulations related to HR
• Identify human resource requirements, conduct search, selection, and acceptance processes
• Analyze training needs and human resource development according to business and organizational needs
• Plan a training program and evaluate the results
• Conduct payroll processes including salary, and benefits in accordance with company policy
• Perform annual performance appraisal process
• Analyze and revise related policies to comply with government regulations and legal requirements
• Manage HR data and related reports such as employee personal data, contracts, performance appraisals, promotions, mutations, demos, layoffs, attendance and performance appraisals
• Conduct industrial relations processes such as disputes, dismissals, the application of disciplinary rules, etc.
• Develop relationships with outside parties related to human resources such as the Office of Manpower, police, RT / RW
• Maintain a conducive situation in the company
<Requirements>
• Have a min education S2 in Statistics / Human Resource / Law / Psychology
• Experienced in HR & GA functions
• Have 8 years working experience
