<Resposibilities>
• Involve in recruitment process of new employee
• Conduct administration activity regarding employee (attendance, leave, overtime, allowance, etc.)
• Proceed BPJS Kesehatan – Ketenagakerjaan
• Maintain company’s document (SIUP, TDP, etc)
• Handle expatriate document
• Responsible in maintaining company asset
• Handle operational needs of company
• Filing HR GA document
• Monitor operational of GA activities e.g.: cleanliness, parking, shuttle bus, building maintenance, catering, etc.)
<Requirements>
- Min Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min 1 year working experience as HR GA Staff
- Experienced in handling expatriate document
- Experienced in handling BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
- Willing to work in Karawang area
- Willing to work on Saturday (twice in one month)
