<Resposibilities> - Handling recruitment and placement process - Collaborate with the Manager to handle training and development, performance appraisals, and employee evaluation - Perform general HR administration, payroll detail and tax, employee benefits, BPJS, Clinic, Manpower regulations, HR policies and processing <Requirements> - Have a minimum of S1 degree in Psychology/ Law/ Human Resources/ Management or Equivalent - Have experience in human resource activities including general HR administration, payroll detail and tax, employee benefits, BPJS, Clinic, Manpower regulations, HR policies and processing - Know how to handling recruitment and placement process - have experience in training and development, performance appraisales and employee evaluations - Have a minimum of 3 years experience in related field - Able to work as strong HR Generalist Supervisor - Wiling to domocile in East Karawang <Desirable Experiences> - <Desirable Character> - Have Good Leadership - Good Analytical Thinking - Adaptable Communication skill - Open minded - Well maintain people |
