Responsibilities
• Refurbish repairable Spare part for stock
• Gather and build requirement documentation
• Make Planning and Reporting ( Production ,Performance and Achievement )
• Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments are communicated for action.
• Manage issue arise and escalate properly to the corresponding department for action
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with Team member and other Department for future business.
• Improvement mind and skill for team .
• Increase team motivation
• Finding challenge and try to take action
• Good quality control
Requirements
'• Have experienced to manage team
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability working with minimum supervises
• Min Age 30
• Basic Repair Technical skill
